개인정보 처리방침

레이스페이스 개발자(이하 "개발자")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, '개인정보 보호법' 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 '레이스페이스'(이하 "앱")를 이용하는 사용자의 정보가 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보호되는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보 항목

본 앱은 회원가입이나 계정 없이 동작하며, 개발자는 사용자 정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호를 받지 않으며 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 정보 (개발자가 수집하지 않음)

  • 플랜: 대회별 단계 경계와 단계별 목표(심박 존·페이스)
  • 보낸 플랜 기록: Apple Watch로 보낸 플랜의 기록
  • 대회 알림과 설정: 대회 알림 예약, 알림 사용 여부 등 앱 설정

위 정보는 사용자의 iPhone에만 저장되며 개발자의 서버나 iCloud로 전송되지 않습니다. Apple Watch로 보낸 운동은 Apple 운동 앱과 사용자의 Apple Watch에 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

자동으로 수집되는 정보 (Google Firebase)

  • 앱 사용 이벤트: 다음 이벤트와 그 값만 전송합니다.
    • race_selected — 대회 ID, 코스 ID
    • plan_completed — 대회 ID, 코스 ID, 단계 수, 템플릿 규칙
    • paywall_shown — 결제 화면이 열린 위치, 대회 ID
    • purchase — 상품 ID, 가격, 통화
    • workout_sent — 대회 ID, 코스 ID, 단계 수
    • review_prompt_requested — 리뷰 요청 시점의 구분, 대회 ID
  • Firebase SDK가 자동으로 수집하는 정보: 앱 인스턴스 ID, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 언어·국가 설정, IP 주소 기반의 대략적인 지역, 접속 시각
  • 오류 진단 정보 (Crashlytics): 앱이 비정상 종료될 때의 스택 트레이스, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 메모리·저장 공간 상태, 설치 식별자

이벤트에는 건강 정보, 심박·페이스 목표 값, 운동 기록, 위치, 이름이나 연락처가 포함되지 않습니다. 본 앱은 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않는 Firebase 구성(FirebaseAnalyticsCore)을 사용하며, 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

대회 목록·코스 파일 내려받기

앱은 대회 목록과 코스 파일을 content.bottega-labs.com(Cloudflare R2 저장소)에서 내려받습니다. 이 요청에는 개인정보가 담기지 않지만, 인터넷 통신의 특성상 저장소 운영 서비스(Cloudflare)가 IP 주소와 요청 시각을 접속 기록으로 남길 수 있습니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

  1. 서비스 개선: Google Firebase Analytics를 통해 대회 선택부터 플랜 완성·구매·워치 전송까지의 이용 흐름을 파악하여 서비스를 개선하기 위함
  2. 안정성 개선: Google Firebase Crashlytics를 통해 앱 오류의 원인을 분석하기 위함
  3. 서비스 제공: 최신 대회 목록과 코스 파일을 앱에 제공하기 위함

3. 개인정보의 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

본 앱은 사용자의 정보를 광고주 또는 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 외부 업체가 제한된 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

기기에 저장된 플랜, 보낸 플랜 기록, 알림과 설정은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. Google Firebase로 전송된 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관된 뒤 삭제되며, 개발자는 이를 별도로 저장하지 않습니다. 결제 기록은 Apple이 보관하며 개발자는 보유하지 않습니다.

5. 사용자의 권리

  • 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지: 아래 문의처로 요청할 수 있으며, 확인 후 지체 없이 조치합니다. 계정이 없으므로 Firebase 데이터 삭제를 요청하실 때 앱 버전, 기기 모델, 대략적인 사용 시기를 알려 주시면 찾는 데 도움이 됩니다.
  • 기기 데이터 삭제: 플랜과 설정은 기기에만 있으므로 앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제됩니다.
  • 권한 철회: 운동 일정과 알림 권한은 iPhone 설정 > 레이스페이스에서 언제든지 바꿀 수 있으며, 대회 알림은 앱 설정에서도 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 권한 안내

본 앱은 다음 기기 권한을 요청합니다. 권한을 거부하면 해당 기능만 제한되며, 코스 보기와 목표 설정은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

  • 운동 일정 (WorkoutKit): 처음 Apple Watch로 보낼 때 요청. 만든 플랜을 Apple 운동 앱의 사용자 지정 운동으로 등록
  • 알림: 대회 전날과 당일 안내. 기기에서 예약하는 로컬 알림만 사용하며 서버에서 푸시 알림을 보내지 않습니다

본 앱은 건강 앱(HealthKit)의 데이터를 읽지 않으며, 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

7. 결제

앱 내 구매는 Apple App Store(StoreKit)를 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 결제·환불은 Apple의 약관과 정책을 따릅니다. 구매 사실(상품 ID, 가격, 통화)은 1항의 분석 이벤트로 기록됩니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하게 될 경우, 즉시 해당 정보를 파기합니다.

9. 데이터 보안

앱과 Google Firebase, content.bottega-labs.com 사이의 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 개발자의 서버에 사용자 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.

10. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118)에도 문의할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

The developer of RacePace (hereinafter "the Developer") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how the "RacePace" app (hereinafter "the App") collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Information We Collect

The App works without any sign-up or account, and the Developer does not operate a server that stores user data. The App does not ask for your name, email, or phone number, and does not request location access.

Stored only on your device (not collected by the Developer)

  • Plans: segment boundaries and per-segment targets (heart-rate zone or pace) for each race
  • Sent-plan records: records of the plans you sent to Apple Watch
  • Race reminders and settings: scheduled race reminders and app settings such as whether reminders are on

This information stays on your iPhone and is never sent to the Developer's servers or to iCloud. Workouts you send to Apple Watch are stored in Apple's Workout app and on your Apple Watch, and are not sent to the Developer.

Collected automatically (Google Firebase)

  • App usage events: only the following events and values are sent.
    • race_selected — race ID, course ID
    • plan_completed — race ID, course ID, number of segments, template rule
    • paywall_shown — where the purchase screen was opened, race ID
    • purchase — product ID, price, currency
    • workout_sent — race ID, course ID, number of segments
    • review_prompt_requested — what triggered the review request, race ID
  • Collected automatically by the Firebase SDK: app instance ID, device model, OS version, app version, language and region settings, approximate location derived from IP address, access time
  • Crash diagnostics (Crashlytics): stack trace, device model, OS version, app version, memory and storage state at the time of a crash, installation identifier

Events never include health data, heart-rate or pace target values, workout records, location, or your name or contact details. The App uses a Firebase configuration that does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) (FirebaseAnalyticsCore) and does not track you.

Downloading the race list and course files

The App downloads the race list and course files from content.bottega-labs.com (Cloudflare R2 storage). These requests contain no personal information, but as with any internet request, the storage host (Cloudflare) may log your IP address and the time of the request.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

  1. Service Improvement: To understand the flow from choosing a race to completing a plan, purchasing, and sending it to the watch via Google Firebase Analytics.
  2. Stability: To analyze the causes of crashes via Google Firebase Crashlytics.
  3. Service Delivery: To provide the latest race list and course files in the App.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

The App does not sell or share your information with advertisers or other third parties. The following providers process information within a limited scope to deliver the service.

  • Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics): processes the usage events and crash diagnostics described in Section 1. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and may be transferred to Google servers outside your country (such as the United States). https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Apple Inc. (App Store payments, WorkoutKit): processes in-app purchases and registers workouts in the Workout app. https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (website and file storage hosting): access logs when serving the race list and course files. https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Plans, sent-plan records, reminders, and settings stored on your device are deleted when you delete the App. Information sent to Google Firebase is retained and then deleted according to Google's data retention policies; the Developer does not store it separately. Purchase records are kept by Apple, not by the Developer.

5. User Rights

  • Access, Correction, Deletion, Suspension: You can make a request through the contact below, and we will act on it promptly. Because there are no accounts, including your app version, device model, and approximate period of use helps us locate Firebase data you ask us to delete.
  • On-Device Data: Plans and settings exist only on your device, so deleting the App deletes them.
  • Revoking Permissions: You can change workout scheduling and notification permissions at any time in iPhone Settings > RacePace, and you can also turn off race reminders in the App's settings.

6. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions. If you decline, only the related feature is limited; you can still view courses and set targets.

  • Workout Scheduling (WorkoutKit): requested the first time you send a plan to Apple Watch, to register your plan as a custom workout in the Workout app
  • Notifications: reminders the day before and the morning of the race. Only local notifications scheduled on your device are used; no push notifications are sent from a server

The App does not read data from the Health app (HealthKit) and does not request location access.

7. Payments

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). The Developer does not receive or store payment information such as card numbers. Payments and refunds follow Apple's terms and policies. The fact of a purchase (product ID, price, currency) is recorded as an analytics event described in Section 1.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

9. Data Security

Communication between the App and Google Firebase and content.bottega-labs.com is encrypted with HTTPS. The Developer does not store user information on its own servers.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or the service. Any changes will be announced on this page with the new effective date.
